Chad Merrihew has been in youth ministry since 2008 in director, pastoral, and administrative roles in children’s, junior high, and high school ministries. Chad sits on the board of Beacon of Light (a non-profit, educating public school students on the implications of sex before marriage), and is the author of more than twenty youth ministry resources through Download Youth Ministry (DYM).
Chad graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelors degree in Business Entrepreneurship.

Erica Merrihew is a full-time stay-at-home mom. She has a bachelors degree in liberal studies with an emphasis in visual and performing art from Cal State Long Beach. Erica has worked at Disneyland since 2005 in a wide range of entertainment roles.

Chad and Erica live on scenic Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1) in Southern California
and have a beautiful daughter who was born on Halloween.
